AZ Skin Therapy we kindly request that our guests observe our policies. 

SPA GUEST

We provide corrective skin care services and do not have our clients change into a spa wrap, but do want to make our guest comfortable during the time they spend with us. We have a clean relaxing environment and provide comfortable tables for you to lay on with bolsters and will provide a light sheet or throw blanket if you feel you need one. 

Appointments are scheduled  for our spa guest. We do ask that any guest that have accompanied you to your appointment to remain in the waiting area. Or, plan on running an errand, bring a book to catch up on or earbuds to listen to their favorite podcast or music. This allows the person receiving a treatment more relaxing.  If the appointment is scheduled for a teen we find that teens do best with us one on one. You're welcome to hang out in the lobby or in the room for a short time until your teen is comfortable. Our spa is not child proof, please plan accordingly for your little ones to avoid your appointment having to be rescheduled. 


24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on the waiting list.  Reminders are sent in advance via text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment(s) cost if you choose to keep future appointments with us.  

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and keeps our scheduled filled and allows us to better serve all our clients.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.  

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, we will email & text your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date.  We request that you confirm your appointment with us. 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive another text and email reminder of your appointment. Appointments not confirmed via text will automatically be cancelled. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.  

NO SHOW POLICY

If you NO SHOW your appointment with us we reserve the right to charge to charge 50% of the full cost of the missed appointment.  

If you no-show for your appointment we will reach out with a text or call to make sure everything is ok.  We understand that life happens. We just ask you to give us a quick text or call to inform us you're on your way or something has come up you can not make the appointment.  This will avoid unnecessary fees for you.
